In Search of Self-Acceptance, Self-Love, and Self-Care

Hello! Welcome to my brand-spanking new blog.  I'm super excited to launch into this new adventure and plan to share tons of fantastic content with you that I hope will inform and inspire you. 

After 16 years of experience working as a psychologist in a variety of settings, I started my psychotherapy private practice in November, 2016, and soon decided to focus my work primarily on helping women like you and me to find and manifest increased self-acceptance, self-love, and self-care.  I was inspired to do this because, within the past year, I have embarked on my own personal journey to accept, love, and care for myself better.  Through this process I have become a more patient, peaceful, confident, and happy individual, and now I want to share this with other women.  I want to help my clients to, not only to heal wounds and overcome challenges, but also to develop more satisfying relationships with partners, children, family, colleagues, and friends. I want to empower you to love and accept yourself as you are, and to care for yourself with the same devotion that you show to your spouses, your children, your friends, and your job.  

In this blog I plan to share about topics that relate to women's daily concerns, such as self-image and self-esteem, parenting, couple relationships, self-care, friendships, health, nutrition, fitness, life-work balance, and personal growth.  I hope that you will find the information valuable and that you will consider subscribing to my blog.
