Please know that successful couples therapy can be hard work, and it requires that you commit to:

  • Giving 100% of your efforts to the improvement of the relationship

  • Be willing to look at and acknowledge your own role in the relationship problems

  • Agree to do home assignments as directed to solidify and build on the skills I will share with you

Please also note that we may not be a good fit to work together if your relationship is in severe distress, you are looking for help to recover from an affair, or if there is current domestic abuse in your relationship.  If we discover that we are not a good fit to work together I would be happy to offer you a referral to another qualified therapist.
